Dr. Brooke Wichmann, PhD, is an Organizational Ombuds and ICF-Certified Professional Coach who has spent more than 16-years helping people navigate tough conversations, workplace conflict, and leadership challenges. She believes that honest, human conversations have the power to strengthen relationships and build thriving professional communities. Through the Ombuddi Podcast, Brooke creates a forum for ombuds to get to know their colleagues, explore the stories behind their professional journeys, and share the experiences, ideas, and inspirations that shape their practice.
